Compose an email to privacy@skylight.com with the subject line:

📝 Step 2: Include the following details in your email:

âś… Your full name

âś… Your registered email address

âś… Your Skylight User ID (optional, if available)

âś… Reason for account deletion (optional, helps us improve!)


Important Note:

  • Once deleted, your account CANNOT be restored.
  • This action will remove all your associated data from our platform.
  • Pending transactions, reviews, or orders may take up to 30 days to be fully erased.
