We respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your Skylight account and associated data, please follow the steps below

 

Step-by-Step Account Deletion Instructions

Compose an email to privacy@skylight.com with the subject line:

📌 “Request for Account & Data Deletion”


📝 Step 2: Include the following details in your email:

✅ Your full name

✅ Your registered email address

✅ Your Skylight User ID (optional, if available)

✅ Reason for account deletion (optional, helps us improve!)


Important Note:

  • Once deleted, your account CANNOT be restored.
  • This action will remove all your associated data from our platform.
  • Pending transactions, reviews, or orders may take up to 30 days to be fully erased.
