Request account deletion
Use this form to request permanent deletion of your Skylight account and the data associated with it. You do not need to be signed in — we verify ownership using the email or phone number registered to the account.
What happens when your account is deleted
Removed
Your profile, public storefront, listings, buyer demand posts, service pages, posts, videos, comments, community memberships, and chat visibility are removed. Data is erased from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
May be retained
Records we are legally required to keep, safety and fraud-prevention records, and anonymized aggregate data that no longer identifies you. See the Policy Center for details.
Not reversible
Deletion is permanent. Once processed, your account, handle, and content cannot be restored. If you only want a break, you can simply sign out, or adjust visibility in Settings instead.
