Request Account & Data Deletion

We respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your Skylight account and associated data, please follow the steps below

Compose an email to privacy@skylight.com with the subject line:

📌 “Request for Account & Data Deletion”

📝 Step 2: Include the following details in your email:

✅ Your full name

✅ Your registered email address

✅ Your Skylight User ID (optional, if available)

✅ Reason for account deletion (optional, helps us improve!)

Important Note:

Once deleted, your account CANNOT be restored.
This action will remove all your associated data from our platform.
Pending transactions, reviews, or orders may take up to 30 days to be fully erased.
